What can I use the BNZ locator to find?

The locator helps you find BNZ stores (branches) and ATMs, and puts you in touch with our mortgage managers and business specialists. You'll find map locations, store opening times, stores with wheelchair access, drive thru banking sites, ATMs where you can make deposits, and telephone numbers and email addresses to contact our specialist staff.

How do I use the BNZ locator?

Select either the Find a Store, ATM, Mortgage Manager or Business Specialist tab.

In the search field begin typing the address, town or area you need. This can be very specific such as "80 Queen Street" or a broader area such as "Christchurch". As you type a list of suggestions will appear, and your search term will be in bold text. Where there is a match with a BNZ location or person the match will be highlighted in blue for stores, pink for ATMs, and orange for mortgage managers and business specialists. Select your desired location from the list and click Find.

Alternatively, you can find your location by clicking the region name from the list in the left hand panel (e.g. Bay of Plenty), or by clicking the region on the map.

The map will display your selected location. If there is more than one location or if you have selected a region, a list of local BNZ locations is shown. You can click on a location from the left hand panel or on the map and a pop up box will be displayed giving you more information specific to that store, ATM etc.

I have too many results, how do I reduce this?

You can refine your search by using the facilities and services list in the left hand panel. When you click the box next to your chosen service, you will notice the number of results will be reduced. For example, if you are looking for a property finance specialist in Canterbury, select property finance from the facilities and services list and then select the Canterbury region.

How do I print a map?

Click on the Print Map link above the map and you will see a preview of the map and locations. If you're satisfied the map has the information you need, click the print button.

Please note that using your browser's print function may not work.

How do I email a map?

Click on the Email Map link which is located above the map. Enter the email address and name of the person you're sending the map to, and your email address and name. You can also add a personal message if you wish. When these details are complete, click on the Send Map button.
